The school–parent app to follow your children's schooling

Grades, absences, timetable, messages and payments: families follow everything from their phone, in Arabic, French or English.

For many parents in Tunisia, following their children's schooling still means the correspondence notebook, calls to the front office and queues at the cashier. With Manhaj, the school gives every family a personal space, on the web and in a mobile app, that brings all the useful information together. The data is what the school records every day: grades appear as soon as they are approved, an absence triggers a notification and the fee balance is always up to date. The app displays in right-to-left Arabic, French or English, and a parent with several children finds them all in one place. For the school, that means fewer calls and front-office visits, and a closer, more trusting relationship with families throughout the year.

Grades and report cards

Parents view the grades for each assessment and download the term report card as soon as it is published. Students have their own space to follow their results and homework.

Absences, late arrivals and justifications

An absence or late arrival recorded at roll call triggers an alert. Parents can justify the absence straight from the app, without going to the front office.

Timetable and lesson log

The week's timetable and the lesson log are always up to date. Homework due is visible to students and their parents.

Messaging with teachers

Parents write to teachers and the administration within rules set by the school, and can request an appointment. Inappropriate messages can be reported and a contact can be blocked.

Tuition fees and online payment

Parents see each child's invoices and balance, then pay online using the Tunisian payment methods enabled by the school (D17, Flouci, Konnect or ClicToPay). Receipts remain available in the app.

Canteen, transport and announcements

Canteen menus, bus route information, school announcements and push notifications: everything about school life arrives in one place, instead of being scattered across several chat groups.

Frequently asked questions — parent app

Is the app free for parents?

Yes. Parent and student access is included in the school's subscription. Parents receive an invitation from the school to activate their account.

Which languages is the app available in?

Arabic, French and English. Arabic is displayed right to left, and each user picks their language independently of the school's.

Does a parent with several children need several accounts?

No. A single account brings together all the children linked to the parent. They switch from one child to another in one tap to view grades, absences or balances.

Can parents contact any staff member?

No. Conversations follow the rules set by the school: a parent contacts their children's teachers and the relevant administrative services, which protects everyone's privacy.

Can nurseries use the app too?

Yes. For early childhood, the app shows the daily log (meals, nap, activities) instead of grades and report cards.
