Account & data deletion — Manhaj

1. Email [email protected] from your account email address with the subject "Account deletion".

2. Include your full name and the name of your school.

3. We verify your identity and process the request within 30 days. You may also go through your school administration, which is responsible for your data.

Your profile (identity, contact details), your messages, documents you uploaded, your voice messages and your preferences are permanently deleted.

Some data may be retained where the school is legally required to keep it (academic records, grades, attendance, invoices/accounting) for the applicable legal retention periods, under the school’s responsibility.

Technical backups containing your data are purged within a maximum of 90 days.
