Online report cards for schools in Tunisia
Grade entry, weighted averages, rank, teacher comments and MEN-compliant PDF report cards — sent to parents in one click.
At the end of every term, the same scenes repeat in many schools: grades copied from a notebook into a spreadsheet, averages recalculated by hand, a coefficient mistake found the night before the class council, then report cards printed one by one. Manhaj automates the whole chain. Teachers enter the grades for their assessments, subject averages and the overall average are computed with the coefficients set by the school, rank and distinctions are determined, and the report card is generated in the format expected by the Ministry of Education (MEN) for primary, middle or high school. Parents then receive it in their space, with no printing or hand-out.
Fast grade entry
A spreadsheet-style grid lets teachers fill in a whole class's grades from the keyboard. Each assessment keeps its date, scale and coefficient, and teachers only see their own classes and subjects.
Error-free averages and coefficients
Each subject average and the overall term average are calculated automatically from the coefficients. Any grade change updates the averages immediately, with no manual recalculation.
Rank, distinctions and teacher comments
The student's class rank and distinction are set according to your school's scales. Teachers write their comments with the help of a phrase bank and suggestions that they review and adjust.
Class council
The class council has every average and comment at hand. Decisions — promotion, repeating the year, warning or commendation — are recorded and signed minutes are produced.
MEN-compliant PDF report cards
Report cards are generated as PDFs using the primary, middle-school and high-school templates, in Arabic or French. The school sets the visible columns, colours, number of decimals and footer.
Delivered to parents and students
Once approved, the report card is published in the parent space and the mobile app. Parents also follow grades during the term, so there are no surprises when report cards come out.
Frequently asked questions — grades and report cards
Do the report cards follow the Ministry of Education format?
Yes. Manhaj provides report-card templates for primary, middle and high school, aligned with the MEN layout. The default settings follow this format; each school can then hide or show certain elements.
How are coefficients handled?
Each subject gets a coefficient per grade level, and each assessment can have its own weight. The overall average is the weighted average of the subject averages, computed automatically for each term.
Can the report card be issued in Arabic?
Yes. The report card is available in Arabic and French. The school chooses the language to use, depending on the cycle and its practice.
Can a teacher change a grade after it has been approved?
No: approved grades are locked to protect the integrity of report cards. Any correction is handled by a user authorised by the school, not through regular grade entry.
Do parents see grades before the report card?
Yes, as soon as the school approves an assessment's grades. Parents see them in their web space or in the app, and the report card is added at the end of the term.
