Management software for vocational training centres
Sessions, modules, trainers, company internships and diplomas: Manhaj follows each trainee's full journey, from application to graduation.
A vocational training centre does not work like a school: it thinks in sessions and modules rather than classes and terms, trainers teach several groups, trainees go on company internships and the programme ends with a defence and a diploma. Manhaj has a dedicated mode for private Tunisian training centres (CFP) that uses this vocabulary end to end. Diploma levels follow the national framework (CAP, BTP, BTS), the annual report for the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment (MFPE) is prepared from the data entered throughout the year, and every diploma issued can be verified online by an employer. Trainers, trainees and programme managers work from a shared base, from the first application through to following up graduates.
Course catalogue and applications
Publish your programmes on a public page and receive applications online. Each applicant is tracked through admission and enrolment in a session, with no re-typing between steps.
Sessions, modules and trainers
Create your sessions, split them into modules, assign trainers and open enrolment once the session is ready. The timetable is built by session, module and trainer.
Attendance by module
Trainers take attendance module by module. Each trainee's attended hours are added up automatically, making it easy to check attendance before assessments and the final defence.
Internships and partner companies
Manage your list of host companies, internship agreements and supervisors. The company supervisor fills in the evaluation grid from a secure link, without creating an account.
Defences, deliberations and diplomas
Schedule defences, convene the jury, record the deliberation with its minutes and issue diplomas. Each diploma carries a QR code that an employer scans to check it is genuine.
MFPE reporting and finance
The annual MFPE report is pre-filled from sessions, headcounts and results. On the finance side, training fees are invoiced in dinars, with instalment plans, reminders and online payments.
Frequently asked questions — training centres
Is the vocabulary adapted to vocational training?
Yes. In CFP mode, Manhaj talks about trainees, sessions, modules and trainers, and the timetable is organised by session rather than by class. School-only screens (terms, class councils) are hidden.
Which diploma levels are supported?
The levels of the Tunisian vocational training framework — CAP, BTP and BTS — as well as training certificates. The diploma is generated as a PDF with a unique verification code.
How does an employer verify a diploma?
They scan the QR code printed on the diploma or enter the verification code on the public "Verify a diploma" page. They then see whether the document is genuine, without access to any other trainee data.
Can we run several sessions in parallel?
Yes. Each session has its own modules, trainers, trainees and dates. A trainer can teach in several sessions; scheduling conflicts are flagged while the timetable is being built.
Our centre also teaches school pupils. Is that possible?
Yes. A hybrid institution can combine vocational training with school or tutoring activities in the same Manhaj space, each activity keeping its own rules.
