Management software for nurseries and kindergartens
A digital daily log, age groups and simple invoicing: Manhaj supports early-childhood settings every day.
A nursery or kindergarten does not need terms, grades or report cards. What the team needs is to know who is here, who ate well, how long each child slept and who is picking them up tonight — and to share that with parents without piling up paper. In Tunisia, these settings care for children aged 0 to 6 under the supervision of the Ministry of Family, Women, Children and Seniors (MFFE), with their own rules. Manhaj offers an "early childhood" mode: the care year and age groups are pre-filled, graded assessment disappears and the daily log becomes the heart of the tool.
Age groups and care year
When you create your space, a care year and age groups are suggested for the nursery and the kindergarten. You rename them to suit your habits and assign children in a few clicks.
Digital daily log
Each day, the team records the child's arrival and departure, meals, nap, mood, nappy changes, activities and new milestones, along with free-text notes. No more paper notebooks forgotten in the school bag.
Parents kept informed in real time
Parents read their child's daily log in the app and confirm they have seen it. The team therefore knows that important information, such as a refused meal or a restless nap, has been read.
Safe drop-off and pick-up
The child's record lists the legal guardians and the people authorised to pick them up. The daily log keeps track of who collected the child.
Enrolment and monthly invoicing
Families submit their application online. Monthly fees are invoiced in dinars, with automatic reminders and payment in cash, by cheque, by bank transfer or online; the sibling discount is applied automatically.
Communication and protected data
Announcements, messages and notifications bring the team and families closer, in Arabic as well as French. Children's data is protected in line with organic law 2004-63 and INPDP requirements.
Frequently asked questions — nurseries and kindergartens
Do we have to enter grades or report cards?
No. In early-childhood mode, Manhaj hides terms, grades and report cards. Each child is followed through the daily log and the milestones observed by the team.
What does the daily log contain?
Attendance and arrival and departure times, meals, nap, mood, nappy changes, the day's activities, new milestones and free-text notes from the team. Parents read it on their phone and acknowledge it.
Does filling it in take staff a lot of time?
No. The sections are predefined and quick to fill in from a smartphone or tablet during the day, so there is no need to write everything up at the end of the afternoon.
We run both a nursery and a kindergarten. Is one space enough?
Yes. Both activities are managed in the same space, with separate groups. Parents with several children see all of them in the same app.
How much does Manhaj cost for a small setting?
Prices are published on the home page and depend on the number of enrolled children. You can create your space and try the tool for free, with no credit card.
