Management software for study and tutoring centres
Groups, sessions, packs and subscriptions: Manhaj makes it simple for Tunisian tutoring centres to organise lessons and collect payments from families.
At a study centre, activity changes all year long: new students arrive before every test or national exam, groups are formed by level and subject, some parents pay monthly, others per session or by pack. Tracking all of this in a notebook or spreadsheet quickly leads to mistakes, especially when it is time to pay the teachers. Manhaj offers a "study centre" mode built on groups and sessions rather than year-long classes. Every pricing formula is supported natively, attendance is linked to invoicing and teacher pay is calculated from the sessions actually delivered. Parents follow their children's sessions, absences and outstanding balance from their phone.
Groups by level and subject
Create groups for each subject and level (for example 9th-grade maths or baccalaureate physics), set a capacity and manage a waiting list when a group is full.
Sessions, packs and subscriptions
Charge per session, per pack of sessions, as a flat fee or as a monthly subscription that renews automatically. A free trial session can be offered before final enrolment.
Attendance linked to invoicing
Taking attendance at each session directly updates pack balances and student follow-up. Parents are told about absences, and you always know how many sessions each student has left.
Teacher pay
Pay your teachers by the hour, per session or as a percentage of the group's revenue. The calculation is based on the sessions actually delivered, which avoids end-of-month disputes.
Online course catalogue
Publish your courses and prices in a public catalogue that families can browse. Course by course, you decide whether it is visible and whether its price is shown.
Payments and communication
Collect payments in cash, by cheque or online via D17, Flouci, Konnect or ClicToPay, with automatic reminders. Messages, announcements and SMS keep parents informed about schedules and session changes.
Frequently asked questions — study centres
Can a student attend several groups?
Yes. The same student can be enrolled in several groups (for example maths and French), each with its own payment formula. Parents see everything in a single space.
How do session packs work?
You define a pack (for example 8 sessions) and its price in dinars. Each attended session reduces the pack balance; when it reaches zero, you can offer the family a renewal.
Can students enrol during the year?
Yes. Groups and subscriptions do not depend on a single start date: you can enrol a new student at any time, and if there is no room left, they join the group's waiting list.
How is teacher pay calculated?
For each teacher, you choose a mode: hourly rate, amount per session or percentage of the group's revenue. Manhaj adds up the sessions delivered over the period and prepares the amount due.
Is Manhaj suitable for a small centre?
Yes. Small centres start with the essentials (groups, attendance, payments) and turn on other modules as they grow. Getting started requires no installation.
